Victory Ranch

Victory Ranch is a private, exclusive community set amidst 6,700 pristine acres along a four-mile stretch of the Upper Provo River. Designed as the lowest density community in all of Park City, Victory Ranch comprises only 350 homes, ranging from 3,000 square-foot cabins to 10,000 square foot mountain estates. For freestone fly fishing, tubing, and meditative strolls, head to the Upper Provo River, which runs through community boundaries.

The clubhouses at Victory Ranch provide beautifully designed, yet understated communal spaces. The Post and The Barn are the central hubs for lounging, dining, and shopping. Both of these venues have multiple swimming pools, including spas and a kid-friendly waterfall and slide. Golfers head to the 18-hole Rees Jones Golf Course with an indoor-outdoor clubhouse and grill. Victory Ranch’s other facilities include tennis courts, a wellness center, and an indoor-outdoor container library.

Just 25 minutes east of Park City, Victory Ranch residents are never far from the ski resorts and cultural offerings of town. 825 Main, a members-only ski-in/ski-out lodge acts as a home away from home for residents returning from the slopes or meeting up for a night out in town.
