Thaynes Canyon is an upscale neighborhood built around Park City Municipal Golf Course, located below the Park City Mountain Resort and stretching north to the iconic McPolin barn. Aspen Springs Ranch is possibly Thaynes Canyon’s most desirable subdivision. Located in the north of the community, Aspen Spring Ranch continues to expand with beautiful custom estates, and parcels zoned for equestrian use. Expansive property boundaries maintain a private and peaceful atmosphere, quiet with the exception of chirping birds from first light until sundown.
