Snyderville Basin

Snyderville Basin is the valley region expanding north from the McPolin Barn to Kimball Junction. Considered one of Park City’s best residential zones, Snyderville Basin has all the offerings of true mountain living with proximity to Park City Mountain Resort and 170 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and horseback riding.

Comprising many neighborhoods and several specialty communities, Synderville Basin contains a wide variety of properties, including suburban single-family homes, expansive equestrian ranches, and modern condominiums. The greater region is home to two outstanding golf neighborhoods: Jeremy Ranch, a sun-soaked community around an 18-hole private golf course designed by Arnold Palmer, and Glenwild, a private, gated neighborhood on the hillsides adjacent to a Tom Fazio designed golf course. Residents seeking equestrian land and rural inspired living find beautiful, multi-acre homesites at Silver Creek just east of the Victory Highway, and along Old Ranch Road, jutting through the heart of the Basin.

The sweeping plains of the Basin are dotted with community parks and beautiful nature reserves. Swaner Preserve and Eco Center protects 1,200 acres of wetlands, streams, and wildlife habitat. Built for the 2002 Winter Olympics, Utah Olympic Park houses a sliding track, six Nordic ski jumps, outdoor obstacle courses, and a museum. Synderville Basin residents’ furry friends frolic at Run-a-Muk, an enclosed 43-acre off leash dog park with open shrublands and an aspen grove trail.

Located in the northwest corner at Kimball Junction, Redstone Center is a large shopping complex providing entertainment for all ages with movie theaters, shops, restaurants, and fitness centers. The Basin Recreation Fieldhouse is the largest athletic facility known for its four batting cages, golf simulators, two-lane running track, and swimming pool.
