Tuhaye

Named “good land” in the language of the Ute Indians, Tuhaye is a gated golf community surrounded by rolling hills, native forests, and breathtaking vistas of Mount Timpanogos, Deer Valley Resort, and the Jordanelle Reservoir. Tuhaye has received national attention, ranking in Golf Digest’s Top 10 Best New Courses in America, as well as in Forbes magazine’s Top 12 Private Communities in America. The shining centerpiece of the community is the private 18-hole golf course designed by Mark O-Meara, designed for the ultimate mountain golfing experience. Properties surrounding the greens range from single-family cabins, luxury condominiums, and custom estate homesites scaling up to seven acres.

Tuhaye’s community includes a 2,000 square foot clubhouse complete with a lounge, restaurant, fitness center, pool, and full-service spa. Ongoing community upgrades are currently in progress, with the development of new family-focused amenities. Tuhaye’s residents also gain exclusive membership to the Talisker Club, enabling them to access four club locations throughout the Park City area such as The Tower Club, Deer Valley Resort’s only ski in/ski out private clubhouse.
